4/260 Dry house immediately north west of
- Wheal Friendly Engine House
GV II

Drying house or possibly a smithy of forge. Circa mid C19. Killas rubble walls.
Scantle slate hipped roof.
Plan: Rectangular plan, probably one large room.
Exterior: Single storey. South-south-east front wall has doorway on the left and
window with glazing bars (mostly overgrown with ivy) high up on the right. No visible openings to the other walls.
Interior: not accessible at the time of the survey.
