House. Probably C18, extended in the C19 and C20. Killas rubble walls with timber
lintels spanning the openings. Wheat reed thatched roof on original house, grouted
scantle slate roof over C19 extension.
Plan: Original house (left) has 2 rooms with probably a lobby entrance between the
rooms; there is an integral probable stair outshut behind the left-hand room. 1-room
plan C19 extension on the right, small C20 extension at rear.
exterior: 2 storeys. Overall 4-window front. Original house has symmetrical 3-
window front with central doorway. C20 door, C20 12-pane 2-light casements all in
original openings.
Interior: Not inspected.
