Contemporary with the adjoining Church Hall (1759) and probably built as
the Care-taker's house. One storey. 2 windows. The east side facing
the Hall is red brick the west side facing the street stuccoed, with a
slight projecting in the centre having a gable over. Slate roof. Doorway
in the east front.
