Originally water tower of Villa Rosa and Estate. Mid C19. Random sandstone rubble
with freestone dressings. Three stage octagonal tower with castellated parapet (blind
cross loops to malons, two-light windows in pointed niche). Animal heads at angles.
Blocked doorway, entered from annexe.
