17/123 Threshing barn to
north-east of Warcop
Tower farmhouse

Barn, dated 1726 on jamb stone to wagon door. Coursed rubble with quoins on
boulder plinth; incorporates sandstone blocks at south end, possibly medieval
(re-used?). Graduated slate roof. Central wagon door with elliptical head to
chamfered surround; door to right has monolithic segmental head with C20 window
above. Interior shows queen-strut roof trusses.
