Small house. Circa late Cl8. Painted granite rubble at the front otherwise
unpainted rubble with granite moorstone dressings. Grouted scantle slate roof with
dressed granite stacks over the gable ends.
Plan: 2-room plan with wider kitchen/living room on the left (over lower ground) and
parlour on the right. Probably an entrance lobby leading to stair between.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical south front with doorway (right of middle)
approximately central to fenestration. Old ledged door. Circa late-C19 or early-C20
4-pane and 6-pane horned sashes. Original openings.
