House. Early - mid C19 with few later alterations. Granite rubble with brick
dressings. Half-hipped slate roof with ridge tiles. Stack at the left end with
brick shaft; truncated stack to right end.
Plan: Double depth plan, with central entrance and principal room to front left and
right, of equal size, each originally heated from an end stack. Central rear stair
hall and shallow rear service rooms.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 3-window front; all windows are C19 16-pane sashes
with segmental brick arches. Central C20 half-glazed door with segmental brick arch.
Left and right ends blind. The rear has central C19 4-panelled door with C19 16-pane
sash to right and left. Central stair light of 8-panes with pointed arched
toplights, sashes to right and left.
Interior: Not inspected.
