5/20 Clotton Hall.

GV II

Farmhouse: early-mid C19. Flemish bond orange brick with yellow
headers and sandstone dressings. Welsh slate roof, 2 gable brick
chimneys. Single-pile plan. 3-storey, symmetrical 3-bay front.
Stone plinth and simple moulded cornice. Windows are flush 12-pane
sashes (9-pane casements in top storey), with flat wedged stone heads
and stone sills. Central bay has doorcase with fluted pilasters and
triangular pediment. Recessed door with 4 glazed panels.
Interior: not inspected.
