House. c. 1830, possibly incorporating earlier building, with later alterations.
Rubble, brick dressings, pantiled roof with raised coped verges and brick gable
stacks. L-plan formed by wing along right return. 2 storeys and 2 windows,
all sashes with cambered brick heads and external shutters, central 1/2-glazed
door; gable end of wing to right has first floor sash with brick jambs. Left
return has ground floor 8-pane fixed light, roof extended to left with 2-light
casement at ground floor, single storey lean-to to left with C20 2-light
casement. Right return has small single barred light, wide 8-pane light with
timber lintel and external shutters, Victorian post-box in wall, first floor sash
with external shutters and relieving arch. Rear has first floor sash left and
right as on front, single storey lean-to with 2-light casement, attached C20
glazed porch; gable end to left has C20 multi-pane window at ground floor and
first floor sash as on front. Interior: not inspected.
