Cottage. Late C16. Altered C20. Timber frame with painted brick infilling,
old tile gabled roof. Rectangular plan of 2 framed bays with C20 single
storey extensions on north west, north and south east. South west front;-
2 bays of 2-light casement windows, those on ground floor in small square.
bays, tiled lean-to on right with C20 gabled entrance porch on south east,
and one casement window; one storey gabled tiled extension on left with
one casement window. A large chimney on north west gable. Interior:-
complete frame exposed the ground floor ceiling beams and joists with
chamfers and stopped ends. On the first floor north west frame bay there
is an old 4-light diamond mullioned window on the former external wall.
Inglenook fireplace on old gable to north west.
