SJ 55 NE HAUGHTON C.P. HALL LANE

2/49 Lodge west of Haughton
Hall

GV II

Lodge, circa 1891. Red sandstone and oak framing with gabled tile
roof. Single storey and attic, 2 bays with one-bay return,in
Elizabethan style. High ashlar cavetto moulded plinth. Close
studding with plastered brick infilling. Crown mould and coved
quatrefoil eaves. Mullion windows with metal opening lights and
leaded glazing. Projecting gables with bressumer, close studding and
oak bargeboards. Four-flue Accrington brick stack of moulded bricks,
the separated flues have chevron and spiral treatment.
