C15-early C16 timber framed hall house. Two storeys roughcast and colourwashed. Old
tile steeply pitched roofs, hipped at gables. Modern lead casements, irregular.
L-shape on plan with late C16 or early C17 large chimney inserted on axis of L. Large
C17 chimney on west gable.
Interior: of interest with most old timbers visible, and curved wind braces. Coupled
roof with arch braced purlins, sooted. North wing of one bay has large curved brace
struts to purlins also sooted.
North wing may have been a re-build from one bay on north end of original.
