Garden house approx, 50 metres east of the Court (Formerly listed as No 69)

Garden house. Early C19; altered. Sandstone ashlar. Rectangular single-
cell plan. Pilastered corners. West side has tall square-headed doorway
with large overlight; south side has tall tapered window; east side has some
signs of alterations. Prominent cornice with concave soffit. Now roofless.
Interior: remains of tiers of continuous tile troughs, suggesting former use
as fernery.
