Late C18. 3 storeys in stone. Stone slate roof with plain gable coping
and kneelers. 2 stone stacks at gable ends. Central doorway has moulded
jambs, moulded semi-circular head with keystone. The central window in
first floor is of similar style to the doorway below it and is blocked,
other windows quite plain with stone architraves and glazing bars to top

Ivy House forms a group with the building adjoining Ivy House to the West.
