Cottage part of farm group. Early C18. Coursed millstone grit. Stone slate roof.
Two storeys. South-east elevation: doorway with deep lintel and chamfered reveals.
To right, each floor has one 4-light double chamfered stone mullioned window. Central
mullion flush. Ground floor window has outer mullions removed.
