1758 (datestone) with early C19 alterations. formerly 2 dwellings with adjoining barn
in one range. Hammer dressed stone. Quoins. Stone slate roof. Gable copings to
east on moulded kneelers. Two storeys. East elevation: 2 central doorways (one
blocked) with deep lintel, and very large tie-stones. To each side is one 4-light
chamfered stone mullioned window both with mullions removed and central mullions
replaced by square cut mullions. Above doorway is decorative stone plaque with
inscription:

First floor windows are probably early C19, one 6-light and one 4-light, the latter
with one light blocked. Barn to left: large doorway with segmental arch and quoins
and small light over with round false arch. Lean-to extension with catslide roof to
left. To rear is one 3-light and one 2-light stone mullioned window (the latter with
mullion removed). To first floor are 4 single lights probably mid C19.
