High Trees Cottage

Barn. C16 or earlier. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof, half hipped at
one end, 2 bays of double-aisled timber framed construction. Common rafter
roof with angle struts carried on post and tie beam with curved braces. Purlins
clasped by angle struts. Post on stylobats. Framing of the hip appears to be
original.
