1861 Italianate lodge of 2-storeys, sandstone "brick" with ashlar dressings.
Deep modillion bracketed eaves to slate roof with corniced chimneys. The
first floor is inset. Coupled archivolt arched windows, the sills corbelled
out on consoles. Single-storey wing to drive with porch flanked by similar
windows. Tall vermiculated, course capped gate piers. Spear head rails to
footpath gates and more elaborate scrollwork to carriage gates.
