Circa 1822, formerly the ticket office of the Crown Public Baths, later the Montpellier
Baths. Octagonal 1 storey pavilion. Slated pyramidical roof. Grit stone ashlar
with projecting cornice and Greek fret frieze below. Plinth. Modern door and
sash windows on each side.
The White Cottages forms a group with Nos 14 to 30 (consec) Montpellier Parade.
