Brewery to Birdsall House (qv). Late C18. Limestone ashlar, Westmorland
slate roof. Rectangular, single cell, with rounded corners. 2 storeys, one
first-floor window. Board door in shouldered surround beneath flat arch.
First floor: louvred opening beneath flat arch. Gable coping. Disused at
time of resurvey. Included for group value.
