Water-mill, now 2 houses. Early C18 and early C19. Coursed rubblestone
with ashlar dressings, graduated stone slate roof. Central section: 3
storeys, 3 first-floor openings with 2-storey, 3-bay block to left and 2-
storey outshut to right. Central section: on left, modern 6-panel door with
overlight and modern opening to right. Other openings original with modern
casements, with stone lintels, that to ground-floor right bearing
inscription 'Thomas Webster Milner Anno Dom 1706'. Second floor: early C19.
Quoins. 2 small square openings. Hipped roof. End stacks. Left-hand
block: irregular fenestration with C20 casements and board door to right.
Roof hipped to left. Outshut: quoins. Segmental-arch with voussoirs above
original wheel race. C20 casements above.
