Workshop. Mid C19. Red brick with gault-brick dressings; slate
roof.
2 storeys. 3-window range. Central double timber doors under
depressed arch lead to carriageway to rear. One 2-light
casement right and left under segmental heads. Similar central
first-floor casement. Right and left are louvred ventilation
panels. Dentil eaves cornice. Gabled roof with stack on front
roof slope.
Part of a very significant group around the Town Hall (qv).
