Barn at Cookley Farmhouse

GV II

Barn. Late C18. 3-bay threshing barn. Timber-framed on brick
plinth. Exterior weatherboarded. Corrugated iron roof. Open
cart entrance to south, clay-lump transept entrance to north.
No doors. Gabled roof.
INTERIOR: principal posts with knuckle braces to tie beams.
Roof of rafters and two tiers of staggered butt purlins. Clay
lump partition wall to west.
