GV II

Outhouse, formerly a dairy and coach-house. C19. Clunch on
yellow brick plinth with steeply pitched plain tile roof and
dentil eaves cornice. Ridge stack. One storey and attic. One
iron casement with leaded lights in gable end. Stable and
cartway openings in side wall. Included for group value.
