Tomb of Sir William Fitzwilliam, Lord Deputy of Ireland, and his wife Anne, daughter of Sir William Sidney. In 1575 he was appointed governor of Fotheringhay Castle, where he supervised the execution of the death sentence on Mary, Queen of Scots.
