Cottage. Early C18 or later with C20 addition. Timber-framed and plastered,
painted and plastered brick plinth. C20 ridge pantile roof with brick end
stacks. One storey and attic. Main entrance to rear in C20 extension. Two
three-light casement windows and one with top light ventilation; one
nine-paned window possibly inserted in doorway; four sloping roofed dormer
windows.
