SE 18 NW SPENNITHORNE OLD HALL

3/108 Pippingill

GV II

Part of medieval complex forming Spennithorne Old Hall, now a house. Late
C17, with later alterations. Rubble, artificial slate roof. 2 storeys,
L-shaped in plan. South elevation of 3 first-floor windows, openings of C20
date. Rear elevation contains three 2-light single-chamfered mullioned
windows. West side: very large projecting chimneybreast containing 2 fire
windows within it. Interior: in chimneybreast, large fireplace with
