Abuts the Village Hall. Originally the rectory of the College warden and
the chantry priests. Cl6/17. Stone with later brick front. 2-storeys,
3 windows. Casements, bays on ground floor. Panelled door with moulded
case. North gabled end is timber framed and plastered, A cross wing of stone
on the south, The rear has also a projecting wing on the North.

All the listed buildings in Main Street (East Side) form a group.
