House and garden railings to front. Possibly C18. Rendered and stuccoed stone
rubble with asbestos slate roof with gable ends and higher projecting wing to rear
with gable end and rendered brick end chimney stack.
2 room and through passage plan with projecting heated 1-room wing added to rear of
central passage.
2 storeys symmetrical 2-window front. Ground floor with two 12-pane horned sashes
flanking central 4-panel stable-type door with fanlight with margin glazing bars.
Projecting stone rubble lean-to porch. First floor with 2 tall half-gabled dormers
with 12-pane horned sashes.
Interior not inspected.
C19 wrought iron railings to front, partly replaced on left, enclosing small garden.
