ST 7282 SE SODBURY BROAD STREET 5/30 (south side)

17.9.52 Nos 60 and 62 GV II

C17. Render, double Roman tile roof; part of roll-moulded stone coping survives to right hand verge. One brick stack, one ashlar stack. Two storeys and gabled attic. One window each to Nos 60 and 62; 2- and 3-light casements with moulded stone surrounds and mullions; dripmoulds with returned stops. No 60 has C19 bay shop window (altered) and door under projecting timber cornice; No 62 has modern square bay under pitched slate roof and passage entrance with plank door.

Interior: Beams with double ovolo mouldings and elaborate stops. Winder stair to attic.
