4/94 Brinsea Batch Farmhouse

II

Farmhouse. Early C19. Roughcast with pantile roof. 2-storey, 3-window east
front. Windows are 16-pane sashes to ground floor, 12-pane sashes to upper.
Central gabled porch with segmental-headed archway, stone coping and bulbous apex
finial. 6 panel door with 2 raised and fielded panels and 2 upper glazed panels
in moulded architrave. End rendered stacks. Catslide roof to rear over later
outshuts. Further later extensions at rear to right-hand.
