Detached house, now in 2 separate ownerships. Circa 1820. Rubble plinth,
colourwashed render with cement openings and slate roofs. Main 2 storey, 3-bay
house with lower 2-storey, 5-bay service range. North front has 12-pane sashes
in splayed surrounds. Central, slightly advanced, section with reeded, segmental-headed architrave to doorway, 6 panel, 2-leaf door and segmental patterned fanlight. Projecting Ionic semi-circular porch with deep entablature and dentil
frieze. Above the central upper window a plaster plaque with decorative swags.
Eaves cornice broken to imitate a pediment at centrepiece. South front has a
9-bay lean-to ironwork verandah with pointed Gothick openings and scrolled piers.
Tall ground floor French windows with marginal glazing. Service wing has mixed
sashed fenestration and a 2 storey pyramidal roofed tower to the south corner.
Interior. Fine c.1820 features including staircase with cast iron balusters with lion masks and floral sprays, reeded architraves with paterae roundels to doorways and doors with octagonal panels, anthemion and acanthus frieze cornices and marble chimney piece in ground floor right hand room.
