Early C19. Red brick, Welsh slated roof with cornice. 2 storeys, recessed
wing on left. 1:3 windows, sashes in reveals with louvered shutters, cutter
flat arches. First floor dummy window on right, central 4 panelled door, 2
panels glazed, in reeded surround with frieze and cornice. Glazing bars except
for lower halves of ground floor windows. Included for group value.

Nos 26 to 30 (even) form a group with the Public Library.
