Late C18/early C19. Altered. Stucco house with rusticated ground floor and
basement. String at 1st floor level. Moulded cornice and parapet. 3 storey
and basement. 3 windows, outer tripartite, glazing bar sashes, later narrow
windows inserted. Central 6-panel door with arched, radiating fanlight; Greek
Doric porch with slender fluted wood columns, approached by stone steps, plain
wrought iron railings to right. Rear; painted brick, full height bow to left
with 1 range of tripartite windows (panelled mullions); angled bay to right.
