Cottage. C18, altered in C20. Timber framed, roughcast rendered, roofed with
handmade red clay tiles. 3 bays facing SW, with original stack to rear of right
bay and original service wing beyond. C20 extension in left rear angle. One
storey with attics. 2 C20 casements, and 2 more in lean-to dormers. C20 glazed
door at front of C20 glazed lean-to porch. Gambrel roof, half-hipped.
Chamfered transverse beam with lamb's tongue stops and plain joists of vertical
section in right bay, chamfered axial beam in left bay. Central stair rising
from quarter-turn in right bay.
