Probably C19. Purbeck Ashlar Stone walls. Purbeck Stone roof. Brick stacks. Two
storeys. Ground floor has 4-panel door and 3 double-hung sash windows with arched
heads. First floor has 4 double-hung sash windows, 2 with arched heads as on the
ground floor, one with semi-circular head and one with square head. West of the
door is a 2-storeyed canted bay window with double-hung sashes and a hipped roof - this
may be a later insertion. Two buttresses to front wall at east end. Purbeck Stone
boundary wall to street.
