St Anne's Cottage and Kimbolton Cottage.

C18/early C19. A pair of adjoining cottages under common slate roof. Red brick, Kimbolton Cottage slightly advanced facade and with grey headers. 2 storeys. 4 windows in all, 1st floor sashes with glazing bars and stuccoed lintels. Each cottage has 1 similar ground floor window and an additional angular bay with arched lights, that of Kimbolton Cottage, with cornice. This cottage has contemporary wooden porch with arched side lights, and round arched southern entrance to rear. St Anne's Cottage has door with segmental hood on brackets (probably reproduction).
Holmefield College, Winkton Lodge Cottage, St Anne's and Kimbolton Cottages, Clifton Cottage, Willow Cottage and Bumble Bee Cottage form a group with Monks Revel and Gosfield Cottages opposite. (Holmefield College and Winkton Lodge Cottage are of local interest.)
