SOUTH POOL Linhay at Lower Barn Farm
SX 74 SE
7/10000 II

Linhay. Early C19 (shown on 1841 Tithe map). Uncoursed slatestone
rubble; half-hipped slate roof. One storey with loft.Rectangular plan
with E end built into bank. Front facing NE of 5 bays has circular-
section piers and weatherboarded front to loft. Left (E) gable end has
double doors providing access from track on raised bank to first
floor.
Interior noted as having scissor-braced roof.
