Early C19 altered. 2 storey 2 window cement rendered front. 1st floor
ornamental cast-iron balcony probably circa 1820 with quatrefoil motif
and on shaped brackets. Small eaves soffit including to 1 window wing
north, stone with rendered 1st floor lime-washed. Windows mainly segmental
headed and with glazing bars remaining. 3 windows on return, south west.

Custom House, Premises occupied by Messrs H Cook and Son form a group with
Unity Buildings, Union Street.
Also forms a group with No 1 Fore Street, Unity Buildings and the Off-shore
Sea-chest, Union Street.
