Built 1820 for retired admiral, square house, 2 storey, stucco,
lined and painted, 3 1st floor sash windows with glazing bars central
arched entrance with ornamental radial bar blank fanlight and 6-Panel
door. Verandah with slate curved roof on slender entablature beam
and wood Doric columns (some replaced) wide eaves soffit. 3 window
garden return including verandah.
