metres south of porch of Church of
St Andrew

Chest tomb. C17 or C18 in memory of James Ballis. Granite ashlar. Rectangular in
plan with hollow-chamfered soffit to the thick flat lid. The lid is inscribed with
Roman serif upper and lower case lettering and records the death of Master John
Ballis but the date is illegible.
