GV II

Early C19 remodelling of earlier (probably Cl7) house. Coursed
limestone rubble; gabled stone slate roof; brick stacks. U-plan
with wings to rear yard including brewhouse. 2 storeys; 3-window
range. Flat arches over C20 paired central doors and 3-light
casements, except enlarged late C20 window to ground-floor right.
Interior: No 20 has stone flag floors, late C17 chamfered beam,
open fireplace with timber bressummer and winder stair. No 22 not
inspected.
