NY 52 SE GREAT STRICKLAND GREAT STRICKLAND

GV II

House. Early C19. Mixed sandstone rubble walls (stuccoed until 1986) with
raised painted quoins, on chamfered plinth. Graduated greenslate roof with
calciferous sandstone ashlar chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central
panelled door and patterned overlight within prostyle Tuscan porch. Sash
windows with glazing bars in painted stone surrounds. Left extension, now a
separate property, is not of interest.
