House and cottage, now one residence. Dated 1730, with initials I & RB (John &
Ruth Bousfield), on panel to 1st floor of cottage; later additions and
alterations. Wet-dashed rubble. Graduated slate roof with outshut to rear.
2½ storeys, 8 bays overall. House has panelled door under metal openwork porch;
2 windows to either side on ground floor and 5 to each floor above. Left-hand
windows are narrower and attic windows shorter, than rest. Cottage has C20
garage door with window to right and above. All windows have glazing bars, most
are fixed. Panelled internal shutters to ground and 1st floor house windows.
Stone end chimneys to house.
