House (disused). C18. Coursed granite rubble with granite dressings. Slurried
scantle slate roof with stump of chimney over right hand gable end.
Plan: 2 room plan with central lobby entrance. Eaves heightened in the C19. Later
lean-to at rear right hand corner.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2 window south-west openings. C19 openings to
first floor over original blocked openings.
Interior: not inspected.
Part of an unspoiled coastal hamlet set in the ancient field system of this part of
Cornwall.
