House. Early C19 with few later alterations. Stone rubble and cob. Slurried
scantle slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end stacks with brick
shafts.
Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance to passage; each room of equal size, heated
from a gable end stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys, a symmetrical 2-window front. Ground and first floor right a 2-
light 8-pane casement. Ground and first floor left 4-pane sash; all of C19. Central
half-glazed C20 door. The sides are blind, in rendered cob, with a small single
storey C20 lean-to at the right side, with door to front. The rear is in rendered
cob, with 2-light 8-pane casement at ground floor to left and 2-light 6-pane casement
at first floor to right.
Interior: Not inspected.
