House, now in multiple occupation. Mid C19, with few later alterations. Stone
rubble; pebbledashed at the front. Slate roof with gable ends. Gable end stacks with
brick shaft to left, panelled stone shaft with cornice to right.
Plan: Large double depth plan, with entrance set off-centre to left, large front room
to right and smaller front room to left. Probably rear service rooms.
Exterior: 3 storeys, nearly symmetrical 4-window front; all windows of mid C19 in
eared architraves. Plinth and band course and strip pilasters. Ground floor has one
window to left and 2 to right, all 16-pane sashes. C19 6-panelled door with
overlight in eared surround with cornice. First floor has three 16-pane sashes to
right and one C20 window to left. Second floor has four 8-pane sashes.
