House. Probably mid - late C18 with alterations of C19 and C20. Painted stone
rubble. Bitumenised slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends.
Plan: 2-room plan, with one room to front and rear to left and a passage through the
right side. Shop inserted circa late C19 in the ground floor to front, and C19 rear
addition.
Exterior: 2 storeys, asymmetrical 2-window front. Ground floor left has late C19
canted shop front with plate-glass window with moulded cill, recessed half-glazed
door to right. Pilasters to sides and plain fascia overall with cornice on consoles.
First floor has late C19 canted bay window to left, with 4-pane sash to front and.
sidelights, pitched roof. C20 window at first floor to right over the passage.
Later C19 rear wing to right of one-room plan, rendered, with a C20 door and first
floor window at the right side.
Interior: Not inspected.
