House. Probably C18 or early C19, with later C19 and some later alterations. Elvan
and granite rubble. Asbestos slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Gable end
stack with brick shaft to left.
Plan: 2-room plan, with larger room to right, smaller room to left and entrance
between.
Exterior: 2 storeys, asymmetrical 3-window front. First floor has 3 C19 4-pane
sashes with timber lintels. Ground floor has C19 plate-glass sash with sidelights
and cambered arches to right and left, with timber lintels. Half-glazed C20 door
with timber lintel. The eaves at the right-hand end of the front have been raised
to the same height as the eaves of no. 20 (q.v.).
Interior: Not inspected.
