Bible Christian chapel. Dated 1879. Granite rubble, the front in squared granite
rubble. Brick dressings and brick porch. Slate roof with crested ridge tiles and
gable ends, the front gable end with granite finial.
Plan: Single auditorium plan, with entrance at the front gable end through a porch;
the porch is a slightly later addition to the main chapel. Ritual east to rear.
Exterior: Single storey. The symmetrical front has a gabled brick porch, with
buttresses and 4-centred arched doorway, pointed arched sidelight at the left side.
Plank inner double doors with shouldered arch and good ironwork. Recessed datestone
in porch gable with raised upper case lettering: B.C. Chapel 1879. 2-centred arched
window with margin glazing to right and left, with chamfered granite surrounds,
central circular window above and breather. Right and left sides have two 2-light
wooden windows with cusped lights and 2-centred arch.
Interior: Ceiled arched-brace roof.
